We are in pursuit of a skilled individual to join the Intimates- MDS team as a Senior Pattern technologist. This role would require you to hold the ownership of the technical aspects of the product by adhering to the critical path to achieve customer expectation & give leadership to a team of pattern techs to fulfil their job responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure patterns are created in alignment with the design intent and according to the pattern creation process upon receipt of the Tech pack.
Timely communication with stakeholders for technical clarification if required.
Verify accuracy of patterns against samples whilst identifying and addressing all technical issues.
Make sure customer comments are accurately incorporated in each cycle to achieve the expected fit requirements.
Ensure patterns are graded accurately according to customer specifications.
Ensure all samples meet the specifications and standards given prior to fitting and dispatching them to the Customer along with the relevant documents.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Diploma in Textile & Clothing
B.Sc Engineering textile & Clothing degree will be an added advantage
05+ years of experience in the similar capacity
Experience in Gerber software
