 Silueta (Pvt) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of MAS Holdings, specializes in no-sew bonding technology and advanced thermal moulding capabilities. With operations in Sri Lanka and additional facilities in India and Indonesia, Silueta supports a diversified workforce and continues to expand its global footprint to meet evolving market needs. Silueta provides seamless, high-performance designs for categories such as intimate wear and sportswear, offering premium apparel solutions crafted for both comfort and performance. Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Silueta team as an Accounts Executive. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to authorize costing and Purchase Orders whilst analyzing stock reviews in order to ensure the company’s pre and post-order profitability is in line with the planned figures with respect to the business accounts assigned.  

 Key Responsibilities

  • Authorize costing and resolve any resulting deviations in order to ensure that the costing are in line with company policies.     
  • Authorize Purchase Orders and resolve the resulting discrepancies to ensure that they are in line with the agreed costing.  
  • Prepare pre-order profitability in order to give management feedback regarding the next month’s profits in advance.  
  • Compile raw material stock reviews such as evaluations on remaining stock against completed sales orders and reviews on slow/nonmoving stock monthly in order to check the effectiveness of stock.   
  • Prepare post-order profitability in order to indicate the company’s performance during the previous month as against pre-order profitability.  

Knowledge and Skills 

  • Degree in Finance, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), or Chartered Accountant (CA).  
  • 1-2 years’ experience in accounting/Finance.   
  • ‘A’ grade for the Finance & Controlling SAP module and R grade for report generation  
  • Understanding of cost analysis, variance, and financial reporting  
  • Understanding of cost analysis, variance, and financial reporting  
  • Ensures accuracy in costings, purchase orders, and stock evaluations.  
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.  
  • Clear and concise communication with management and teams.  
  • Strong ability to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
