Division & Role Introduction  

MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. With design hubs in Hong Kong, London, and Sri Lanka, and manufacturing facilities across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, and Kenya, it offers a diverse product portfolio, including bras, briefs, shapewear, performance wear, sleepwear, and wearable tech. Intimates’ customers include Victoria’s Secret, Gap, and Calvin Klein. The division's innovation teams collaborate with universities and experts to deliver consumer-driven, technology-led solutions. Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join MAS Intimates as a Business Analyst. This role would enable you to rigorously analyse business data, customer/manufacturing trends and construct informative reports & presentations to top management in a timely manner to facilitate strategic decision-making; continuously engage in initiatives that improve business and production processes to meet current business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Collaborate with management to formulate key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure the overall development of the annual Hoshin (A3) thereby enabling a robust performance measuring mechanism to monitor the achievement of departmental objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs on a weekly basis and periodically present achievement of objectives to the Director during departmental performance reviews.
  • Diligently maintain Director’s daily business calendar and effectively coordinate and schedule business meetings as per required to ensure the optimization of the Director’s work routine.
  • Facilitate, monitor and reconcile the preparation of financial budgets / costing reports / profitability reports and analyze the same to ensure accurate management of information and achievement of budgeted targets on behalf of the Director.
  • Research and analyze customer/manufacturing trends in terms of product changes, seasonal/ market changes, be technically savvy within your respective areas and demonstrate ability to apply the information obtained to support the Director/ top management in making decision.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS    

  • 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physical Science, Engineering AND/OR Professional - Fully Qualified- Financial Accounting.
  • General shift, office and factory environment
  • Required to travel as and when the need arises
