the prestigious Long Service Awards ceremony. The event recognized individuals who have made
significant contribution to the company, with employees being honoured for their exceptional service of

In recognition of their remarkable 25 years of service, employees were honoured with one sovereign
gold coin, which featured the company’s logo, JXG, embedded in it as a symbol of their long-term
commitment to Janashakthi Group’s (JXG) values and growth. The 25-year service awardees were
Thejani Gunawardane, Kelum Weerasinghe, Nirojah Karunanayake, Krishantha Perera, Padmini
Warshadheera, and Prasanna Ukwatte. The employees who marked 15 years of service at Janashakthi
Group (JXG) were recognized with a special token of appreciation - half a sovereign gold coin, with the
JXG logo. The recipients for this milestone included Maljini Perera, Lalani Ratnayaka, Wasantha
Kumara, Chanaka De Silva, Prasadi Jasintha, Thushara Samarasekara, Gayan Danruk, Sasitha
Withanachchi, Jude Silva, and Pubudu Thushara.These long-service achievements reflect the deep connection employees have with the company andtheir persistent contribution to its success.
