Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join MAS Intimates as an Assistant Manager-Technical. This role would enable you to provide technical advice & guidance to pattern techs, Sewing Technicians during product development process by adhering to the critical path while ensuring Customer and Manufacturing expectations are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   

• Conduct /attend relevant technical meetings; by emphasising product manufacturability, possible risk factors and all other technical challenges as to ensure timely solutions for effective garment construction process
• Lead the technical team for monitoring the Critical Path flow to ensure customer expectation are met.
• Supervise the accuracy of the pattern creation in alignment with the design intent and according to the process upon receipt of the tech pack as to ensure that no pattern issues are highlighted.
• To facilitate smooth production by ensure timely communicate of technical knowledge among the stakeholders as to ensure zero product related matters
• Verify accuracy of patterns against samples whilst, identifying and addressing all technical issues

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS  

• Post graduate degree or any relevant discipline.
• 4 to 5 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• 3+ years’ experience in Intimates pattern making / grading / fitting
• Effective communication skills (written / spoken) in English.
