Division & Role Introduction

MAS Active is a division of the larger MAS Group, specializing in manufacturing athleisure and sportswear designed for agility, comfort, and performance. MAS Active has set up operations across Sri Lanka, the Dominican Republic, and Italy. Serving top brands like lululemon, Patagonia, Lacoste, Ralph Lauren, and Gymshark, MAS Active blends high-performance sportswear with fashion, and is innovating in the space of wearable products that track fitness metrics and workout analytics. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure that all activities from the receipt of the ‘Proto request’ until the buy process is carried out in an effective manner in order to achieve the sales budgets thereby, meeting business objectives and customer satisfaction through high service levels, maximizing sales revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify respective styles and volumes on receipt of the buy and carryout buy processing activities, forwarding details to relevant parties whilst, updating information into the PLM system in a timely/ accurate manner facilitating smooth operations and the achievement of operational KPI’s.
Engage in the reporting process as and when required in order to facilitate the transfer of information to relevant parties (including the customer) whilst also, facilitating Management decision making.
Contribute to the implementation and sustenance of Lean initiatives whilst, driving Lean objectives to achieve the set KPIs and ensuring individual KPIs meet the required standards.
Participate at the Development meetings upon receipt of the proto kit, and forward information to relevant parties whilst, ensuring raw materials are available in house in order to deliver the protos and embellishment developments to the customer in a timely manner.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, CIM or Similar Background.
2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in similar field
Experience including costing, garment development, sampling and Material Sourcing.
