Division & Role Introduction  

Over the last three and a half decades - MAS Intimates has differentiated itself in the global fashion industry through its innovation mindset, strong technical competency, and sustainability initiative. Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are in pursuit of a skilled individual to join the Intimates team as a Pattern technologist. This role would require you to hold the ownership of the technical aspects of the product by adhering to the critical path to achieve customer expectation & give leadership to a team of pattern techs to fulfil their job responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   

• Timely communication with the stakeholders for technical clarification if required.
• Verify accuracy of patterns against samples whilst, identifying and addressing all technical issues.
• Make sure customer comments are accurately incorporated at each cycle to achieve the expected fit requirements.
• Ensure patterns are graded accurately according to the customer specifications.
• Ensure all samples meet the given specifications and standards prior to fitting and dispatching them to the Customer along with the relevant documents.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS  

• Diploma in Textile & Clothing
• B.Sc Engineering textile & Clothing degree will be an added advantage
• Minimum 02 years of experience in the similar capacity
• Experience in Gerber software
