Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the CEO's office as a Senior Business Analyst. Through this role, you will support the Director in Enterprise Strategy and Business Transformation by conducting research and analysis into industry, market and competition whilst liaising with internal stakeholders and external consultants towards supporting the execution of strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.  

 Key Responsibilities 

• Provide comprehensive administrative and representational support to the Director, encompassing correspondence, document and presentation preparation, scheduling, and communication to ensure timely and effective achievement of organizational objectives.  
• Provide comprehensive support to the Director by monitoring, reviewing, and improving strategic initiatives through follow-ups, information collation and analysis, timely reporting, stakeholder liaison, and research, thereby ensuring smooth operations and informed decision-making.  
• Coordinate all aspects of the Director’s overseas travel, ensuring cost-effective routes, visa arrangements, flight and accommodation bookings, currency and insurance needs, appointment scheduling, and comprehensive itineraries, to facilitate smooth, timely, and economical travel.  
• Contribute to special and ad hoc projects, such as Commercial Capability, One MAS, Business Intelligence, Focus Hunting, and SBU initiatives—by conducting relevant research and providing support that ensures their effective completion under the Director’s guidance.  
• Collaborate with the Manager on Strategic Planning and Business Support to ensure effective and confidential communication of the Director’s KPI and strategy needs, and assist in developing communication materials for the Director’s leadership and external stakeholder engagements.  

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Management, Mathematics, Economics and/or a relevant professional qualification (CFA, CIMA, ACCA).  
• 3 – 4 years of work experience in a similar capacity  
• Sound communication skills  
• Methodical, analytical and ability to follow up  
• Project management skills would be advantageous  
• IT literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
