Division & Role Introduction  

MAS Active is a division of the larger MAS Group, specializing in manufacturing athleisure and sportswear designed for agility, comfort, and performance. MAS Active has set up operations across Sri Lanka, the Dominican Republic, and Italy. Serving top brands like lululemon, Patagonia, Lacoste, Ralph Lauren, and Gymshark, MAS Active blends high-performance sportswear with fashion, and is innovating in the space of wearable products that track fitness metrics and workout analytics. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to assist in implementing a key MOS initiative whilst keeping record of the performance measures, coordinate & conduct trainings to ensure the availability of competent individuals to share the MOS practices, Lean concept in the Strategic Business Units in order to improve productivity & quality of the operational processes and build & thereby improving profitability and growth of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   

• Contribute to Strategy formulation as the Point of Contact for the division in designing new programs & content with the support of the GLE Academy team & to provide feedback on the existing programs to improve the content, structure & deliver.
• Collaborate with all stake holders to understand the current statues & the goals to establish a clear A3 for the project.
• Develop and Establish a Daily Management System,by collecting the best practices across the division and by standardizing each daily management requirement with Active Senior Management expectation and plant management teams.
• Analyse data, prepare KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) periodically and share with the SBU management teams on a timely basis to assist effective decision making.
• Engage in Gemba Walks with process owners on a regular basis at the SBUs, understand the current situation and identify process deviation that require improvement.

 KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS  

• Degree in Physical Science, Statistics, Product Development Engineering or any other relevant field / equivalent professional qualification.
• Sound lean knowledge on MOS – RBT-F/RBT-A
• 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience
