Division & Role Introduction  

Over the last three and a half decades - MAS Intimates has differentiated itself in the global fashion industry through its innovation mindset, strong technical competency, and sustainability initiatives. As Senior Executive - Industrial Engineering driving the Industrial Engineering function in the respective account/s aligned to the business requirements, submitting costed SMV in a competitive, timely and accurate manner to meet customers target price points, whilst generating SMV savings via method & process improvements to retain earnings and ensuring manufacturing feasibility of methods and processes, submission of GSD SMV to planning and manufacturing in a timely and accurate manner.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Attending to the initial tech pack meeting upon customer inquiries or development insights, ensuring tasks are completed, and providing key details for development merchants to calculate Product FOB prices.
• Providing competitive SMV to meet customer CM expectations, utilizing product re-engineering, innovative methods, and process improvements to cut costs, boost productivity, maximize profits, and drive continuous improvement. Preparing ROI and Payback data for justification.
• Ensure all allocated team members follow T&As to deliver the agreed goals as one team.
• Provide final standard Minute Values (GSD SMVs) & as per final sewing construction for requested styles accurately and in a timely manner in the Tech Pack issued to the plants.
• Drive respective team to maintain the set standards, achieve KPI & milestones of projects and other initiatives.

  KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS    

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Production Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering Management along with GSD Practitioner
• 3-4 Years of Experience from Design to Manufacturing process. (Industrial Engineering, Production, Costing)
